As the Managing Agent for The Retreat at Stonebriar Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday November 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to approve the 2025 budget and discuss other business of the association as needed. Included with this Notice is the Draft Agenda for the meeting. If you have any questions for the Board prior to the meeting, please email them to your Association Manager, at dwyann@essexhoa.com or submit them via the “Contact Us” tab on the HOA website at www.retreatatstonebriarhoa.com. All Owners will have audio and voice capabilities during this meeting, however, please keep in mind, this meeting is for the Board of Directors to conduct business of the association. If you are attending online and you have a question, you may use the “hand raised” icon. The Board will be notified, and time permitting may be able to accept questions and/or comments after the meeting.
