As the Managing Agent for The Retreat at Stonebriar Homeowners’ Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday May 18, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Class A members to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statements. You may now cast your vote Electronically. Per Texas State § 209.00592; An electronic vote (Vote submitted online, by email, or fax) counts for quorum and a proxy is not necessary.

We look forward to everyone joining the meeting on Thursday May 18, 2023, at 6:00 pm. The enclosed documents will be posted to the Association website for download as well. Only the Owner or their proxy holder may cast a vote, and only one vote per household. Ballot and/or Proxy must be received by or before the deadline of Wednesday May 17, at 5:00 pm to be counted. A joint HOA meeting has been scheduled for residents of The Retreat at Stonebriar, Hillcrest Estates and Prestmont HOA’s to review a proposed townhouse community at the SE corner of Ohio and Warren.

Time: 7:30 – 8:30 pm at Adelle R. Clark Middle School (Cafeteria)

Norris Design is the firm leading the planning and design of the project, Kimley Horn is the engineer. We are not able to provide any hand-outs prior to the meeting.

After a few security incidents in our Community, the Board of Directors have asked that an on-site meeting be arranged with the Frisco Pollice Department to discuss the Best Practices associated with the Do’s and Don’ts of personal safety.

At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss with the Frisco Police Department representatives the possibility of the formation of a Crime Watch program within the Community.
